Directions

The best way to drive to the property is from Butler Blvd until it ends and head north towards Jax Beach, make a right onto 34th street south and take it to the end at Ocean Drive and turn right as Ocean Blvd is a one-way street. The property is the last house on the right just before 35th street.

Parking

There is a paver driveway at the house that can accommodate 4 cars. There is additional parking spots that are first come, first serve on first street around the corner. There is no parking allowed on 35th street.

Check in/Access

Check in time is 4pm. Early check-in times are possible on availability with an extra fee. Please message me for more information.

Access type

There are 3 exterior doors at this quirky property.

There is one by the driveway that leads to the living room, kitchen, bathroom and downstairs bedroom.

Another one that is off 35th St that leads into the kitchen. It's convenient to use this door when heading up with food or drinks to the 2nd floor deck.

Lastly, there is another access door on the second floor. For those staying upstairs this is the most convenient way to bring your luggage upstairs as the interior stairs are narrow. This door gives access to the 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and sunroom on the 2nd floor.
