The downstairs of the property includes the living room, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, downstairs bedroom with laundry area.
Upstairs & Deck
The upstairs includes a sunroom with 12 windows, this room has a living area with a pull out couch and an game table with board games and if you need to get any work done there's a desk that overlooks the ocean. There are also 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom. You can also access the roof top deck from the end of the hallway.
Landscaping
The landscaping was just completed in October 2020. We added a putting green, bocce ball, corn hole court and a flagstone seating area with a fire pit and BBQ.
