A quirky 1942 classic home with all the modern conveniences is just steps from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to world class golfing, surfing, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, the convention center, and so much more. My family has owned this property since 1964 , and I've had a wonderful time restoring and upgrading it since 2019. This house holds many family memories and is located on a beach that I dream about often! I'm so happy to share this place with others and still keep it in the family.Guest access
